Yahoo! News - Fliers to Be Rated for Risk Level
Nice. Now the government is assigning us statuses. Isn't this prior restraint -- namely, saying that since we *could* do something illegal, we're being restricted or forbidden from certian actions and rights? What's the criteria for getting on certian lists? What's the criteria for getting off? Who decides if I'm dangerous?
Watch yourself, people. We're living in some dangerous times, especially if you disagree with the government.
